Welcome back and welcome to another talk about Energy. I said in Foundations we would come back to this topic as we went deeper into the rabbit hole. Here it is. The next few posts will be dedicated to Energy.

I last went over Etymology and how words are important. Now that that understanding has been established we are going to tear it all down. What I mean by that is to learn and grow we have to be willing to shift our perspectives on what we think we already know.

For example, Energy can neither be created nor destroyed. This statement has been used since 1842 and is known as the scientific law of the conservation of energy. There are generally three laws of energy, also known as the laws of thermodynamics. But let’s challenge the perspective that the first law has created. When we say this, we get the notion that energy is infinite.

This is true to an extent because energy does exist infinitely. What we don’t think about is that there is a finite amount of usable energy. When we think of it from the scientific perspective we are looking at the changes from one state of energy to another. Usually, we know of two of these, Potential and Kinetic energy. Potential energy is described as energy at rest and kinetic is energy in motion. With that statement, you probably think that I am saying too much energy is in a state of kinesis and there isn’t enough potential energy. It is the opposite.

Potential energy is energy that is no longer in motion, but that doesn’t mean it is usable if we tap into it. Besides the states of energy, there are energy forms. Potential energy can get locked into one of these forms and only be converted to kinetic energy when concerning the form it took.

Now, science doesn’t necessarily assign energy a “spiritual” aspect in the list of recognized forms. Science is still a little behind on spiritual concepts. For example, animist principles say that everything in the world has a spirit and a voice. Science came along and said, “NO.” Then later they discovered that everything was made of atoms that are constantly bumping into each other and vibrating. Meaning everything has an energetic field that produces sound. They thought this was a groundbreaking discovery and every earth or nature-based practitioner did a facepalm and said, “We told you that ages ago!”

This goes back to Etymology though and the evolution of language. The further back you go in history the fewer words existed to convey complex ideas and concepts. As we progressed as a species, we developed words to help define and explain ideas and concepts. That practice has fallen out of fashion though, so instead of developing new words we recycle and try to redefine pre-existing words. But because of the scarcity of words in the past much of the complex knowledge of the ancient times was dismissed as primitive. Sadly this means that much of what ancient knowledge we do have is extremely diminished in importance.

Again I maintain that we need to learn from the past but not cling to the past. This is precisely why. We don’t actually know the extent of knowledge the ancient people did have. Too much of their knowledge has been lost over time and we are left with fragments and puzzles.

Back to energy, we are the shapers of energy. We have a duty to utilize energy in ways that promote the healthy recycling of it rather than letting it get stuck in negative cycles. Animosity, hate, love, joy, etc. All of these render energy as charged and unless we restore the energy to its neutral state it gets stuck with those charges. Remember when I said in Foundations that we need to experience emotions and not become emotions? This is why. The more we adopt the notion of becoming an emotion the less likely we are to express other emotions when appropriate. A terminally happy person may need to express anger but because all of their energy is potential happiness the anger is diminished in its expression. Others will not take them as seriously and dismiss their expression. A person set up with one form of potential energy is not as fluid at showing other forms of energy.

This is also seen in people who obsess over “protection.” They are so wrapped up in energy they have charged to be protective that they see every form of external energy as a possible infraction on their boundaries. They take the potential energy stored for protection and then lash out with it as harmful or baneful energy against their perceived enemies. In my post on Protection, I said that most of the people “developing” protection techniques and selling them in books are the same people that you need to be protected against. Wrapping yourself in layer and layer of protection ferments at the core becoming paranoia. Energy grows stale when kept in a potential form for too long.

If we don’t release energy from the charges we place on it and just compound more modifiers, it can take on unexpected forms. Paranoia or terminal happiness are prime examples of this.

When we talk about releasing energy what we mean to say is we release energy from the constraints we have placed on it. Emotions, values, worries, ideas, etc. are all constraining modifiers that lock energy into a form. Angry energy can only be used for anger. Worried energy can only be used for worry. Letting energy go back to a neutral state frees up the energy to be more readily available and usable for whatever is needed.

In the last post, I talked about how I was shown to take an energetic blockage and change it from one form to another and how an “expert” was told to do the same thing in their encounter. That is because the energy in mass is currently locked in potential states. There isn’t enough neutral energy available to be used for growth, enrichment, or creation. In an earlier post, I said I like to surround myself in a state of indifference and not feed into harmful energetic patterns. I said fighting hate with love is still fighting. It creates an energetic cycle. A popular practice said today is to “return to sender with love” when someone sends harmful energy at you. There are many methods that people utilize to do this. But that creates another unhealthy cycle.

The harming person sends harmfully charged energy at you. At this juncture you have a choice, accept the harm or send it back. Of course, no one wants or should accept harm. But to send it back “with love” just adds to the amount of energy in the loop. You may say you’re returning it with love but the fact of the matter is you just sent harmful energy and added to it. It is like catching a snowball, adding a rock to it, and then throwing it back. This will go back and forth for a while and is nothing more than a waste of energy on both sides. And both sides contribute to that relay meaning neither can point the finger at the other for fault. Sure one may have started it but for a lot of people, they have been in so many of these cycles for so long that there’s no way to know who started it anymore. The more of this you do, the more cycles you get involved in, and the more of your energy gets trapped in these loops as they divert your attention.

Instead, I take a piece of the energy they sent at me and render it inert. I then absorb the inert energy into my energy field as a kind of vaccine against that person’s energy. I don’t care who it was that sent it cause that doesn’t matter to me. Knowing that information would be too much temptation towards vengeance so I prefer not knowing who it was. This type of method allows me to stay open and connected to everything around me without worrying about when the next attack comes. The person I vaccinated against may notice or may not. If they do and decide to waste more energy on me that’s completely on them and I am none the wiser cause it can’t reach me anymore. I go on living my life and either they give up and move on or frustrate themselves with all the wasted energy.

Return to Sender with Love creates a Bi-way highway where the energy gets trapped in a circuit moving between two people.

My vaccine method creates a one-way to a dead end. The energy expended by the other person has nowhere to go but has already been expended and cannot return to the person it came from. It loses the charge placed on it and returns to the universal sea of energy to be used for something else by someone else.

This is a one-time action that creates a passive way of recycling charged energy that I have no control over. All of your life you will have people throwing harmful energy at you. You can wrap yourself in protection and eventually join in with the antics or you can step outside and just let it be. My little bubble of indifference ideology is the epitome of someone else’s problem with me is NOT my problem.

What about positive energy though? Well, again it is charged energy and does not count as usable energy. You have to express the energy to release it. Remember the Darkness. You don’t need to go to the darkness just for negative energy. You can also go to the Darkness to express positive energies. Expression of energy creates that kinetic movement to release the charge placed on it during its potential state. Think of it like a rug. The longer the rug sits in one place the more dirt it accumulates. When you finally pick up the rug the dirt shakes off.

Another way of thinking about it is water. Only about 1.2% of all the water on earth is drinkable. Let that sink in. Our planet has more water on it than it has dry land. AND ONLY 1.2% is safe to drink. (https://education.nationalgeographic.org/resource/earths-fresh-water/) Of that 1.2% we also have to keep in mind that what is drinkable is also loaded with toxins to make that water “safe” for consumption. Our safest water to drink also microdoses us with chemicals. There’s only one way to get pure water and that is through distillation. The water is heated to boiling releasing it from its liquid form to its gaseous form, the steam condenses back into a liquid form as it cools, and anything that can not change its form as easily is left behind. Some other liquids boil a lot sooner than water so boiling a pot of water for a few minutes can evaporate a lot of chemicals that may be residing in it. Applying force to energy in a potential state changes it to a kinetic state which is what is needed to release the charge.

Apply all of that to energy and you can see how energy can be “purified” of impurities. Even things that could be “helpful” are still impurities when trapped in energy. Anything that charges energy is ephemeral and dissipates once the charged energy is used. Again we can use water distillation as an example of this. If you put a colorant in water and then distill it the distilled water is once again clear and the colorant will remain behind. Here’s a YouTube video to show that in action. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ZUxtt50xAM

Energy in its purest form is innocent and it wants to return to that state because that’s when it is most useful. We need to actively participate in distilling energy and returning it to that state. This should be the primary goal in all paths because it contributes to personal balance and health, communal balance and health, and the balance and health of the world at large. Innocent energy is a form of energy in the potential state without a charge that can be used to create whatever our hearts desire. This is where we need to be cognizant of ourselves and how we are charging and directing energy.

And all of this is still on a very personalized or small-scale model of how energy works. Most specifically with the spiritual aspect of it. When we look at things like the potential Heat Death of the Universe and try to understand entropy we get even more complexity. That is a topic I will leave for scientists to explain though because, again, I want to focus on the spiritual ramifications of energy. I did find another YouTube video that explains it very well which is linked here.

What I will say on that is that the “scientific understanding of entropy” is very similar to what I said about the spiritual aspect of energy. If you watched the video you will know that Entropy is about energy that has been used and is no longer usable. As energy spreads out it cannot be captured again. That’s why water can go from liquid to gaseous to solid and BACK to liquid. But if you burn a leaf you can’t get the leaf back. That’s the difference between stored energy and released energy. We charge energy and spread ourselves thin with those charges but still hold onto it instead of releasing it. Because of this when we receive fresh energy, it automatically is going to be siphoned towards one of those charges you’re holding. This is why quiet people or “happy” people are the most likely to explode with anger. Eventually, it's just too much to hold onto.

Earlier I said I made a vaccine against another person’s energy. That is because energy has a peculiar quality of retaining memory. Energetic memory is something different than energetic charges which was the primary focus of this post. The next post will be all about energetic memory though. The more we transmute previously charged energy into usable energy the more work we can do in the realm of energetic memory. I have been working with transmuting energy since I first began spiritual practices. It is what led me to dig deeper into how energy works spiritually. I found Energetic Memory which I continue to explore and probably will until the day I die.

Energetic memory is a fascinating and wondrous world that I am so excited to share with you. Thank you for reading and I cannot wait to see you again with the next post.
